Boris Netsvetaev is a young jazz musician, composer, pianist, keyboarder and educator, a modern musician who stands for flexibility and exchange between different musical cultures. He works as well as an acoustic and as an electric player, using vintage electric gear in diverse situations. In his young career the most remarkable is the work with Steve Reid, which started in 2000. Boris participated several groups of Steve, including his accoustic trio (CD´s "Waves" and "Invitation" CPR Records), his quartet and a recent "Steve Reid Ensemble" featuring a brilliant electronic musician Kieran Hebden (aka Four Tet). On the last recording of this band "Spirit Walk" (Souljazz Records) Boris Netsvetaev is featured as a keyboarder and a musical director.
