Book of Caverns are actual Twinkle daddies. Book of Caverns formed in 2009, gathering in cramped basements during a long, cold Edmonton, AB winter. The goal in the beginning was to write emotional, expansive music, and these first songs made up Book of Caverns’ eponymous album, released in July 2010. Two of the original six members left for more easterly climes, but the rest of the band forged ahead, adding a new guitarist and a new outlook. After regrouping and writing new material, Book of Caverns contributed songs to splits with Damages and Todos Caeran. With another split ep in the works, Book of Caverns has also been actively writing for a forthcoming full length to be released on Clue #2 in 2012.
