Boba Fettuccini, born Michael Ramsey, is from Everett, Washington, a small town that had big dreams of beating out Seattle as the economic hub of the Puget Sound area. needless to say, it failed. Music has been a lifelong interest of Boba's, and he started actively pursuing his own music in middle school. In 2007, he was introduced to Daft Punk, and from Daft Punk, acts like Justice, Lifelike, and Le Knight Club which greatly influenced his later work and led to his experiments in house music, starting with the LIME EP in mid-2008. In the spring of 2009, Boba teamed up with fellow American house artist Evil Stereo to form Power Glove Records, a label dedicated to original house music.
