Bob Andrews (born Robert Charles Andrews in Leeds on 20 June 1949; died 5 June 2025) was an English keyboardist and record producer remembered for being in Brinsley Schwarz and Graham Parker & The Rumour. For over 45 years Andrews played keyboards all over the world and was a local treasure in New Orleans in Louisiana, USA, since 1992. He played on over 1,000 recordings and engineered and produced recordings for over 50 artists. Andrews grew up in the thick of the 60s and 70s British music scene and played keyboards for Nick Lowe, Graham Parker & The Rumour, Brinsley Schwarz, and many other UK bands. Andrews played regularly at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival over the past 20 years as a sideman, for John Mooney, Alex McMurray, and Johnny Sansone amongst many others. His keyboard gymnastics and high energy performances electrify crowds making him a favorite on stage. He played keyboards on all tracks of Marianne Faithfull’s 2011 CD “Horses and High Heels”. Andrews released two of his own CDs, “In New Orleans” in 2006 and “Chills and Fever” in 2011, and released his CD "SHOTGUN", a collaborative book and CD project with his co-writer and partner RKR. Andrews was a featured artist for WWOZ Piano Night and a frequent guest on WWOZ radio. He recorded a reunion CD, entitled “Three Chords Good” with Graham Parker and the Rumour, released in fall 2012 and the band and the CD featured in a new movie by Judd Apatow, “This is 40” starring Paul Rudd, also release
