There are multiple artists with this name: 1.) Blunt Trauma are a duo from Ballarat, Australia who combine sludge, noise, metal, doom, death, & other similar genres into their sound. Blunt Trauma released a self-titled album in 2008. Their most recent album "A Shotgun and a Shovel" was released in 2013. 2.) A Tampa based death metal band. Blunt Trauma mold their music with a combination of metal, hardcore and a desire to inform the world of the corrupt evil known as the American government, resulting in a debut album that was released in 2011. The band formed in the lighting capital of the world in 2010, and quickly released, The Human Archetype, their debut 7 track EP that is quickly giving them credit throughout the Tampa area. Combining members of bands such as Surrogates, Sources and Rebuilt from Ruins, Blunt Trauma seems to never relent from bringing us the truth fast and heavy.
