Bluezeum is the collaborative result of producer Rick Hahn, producer/keyboardist David Witham, and producer/poet Adwin David Brown. Their first album, PORTRAIT OF A GROOVE, was a ground breaking mix of acid jazz, spoken word and vocals and featured the futuristic mackjam CAN I GET DAT FUNK. The arthouse video directed by Pam Robinson received heavy rotation in Europe and BET. Bluezeum's next album, the genre defiant PUT YOUR MIND ON HOLD, redefined musical landscapes with bold tracks like BLACK and the frenetic BOOM. ESPERANZA received wide air play on smooth jazz stations while the album itself hit number 9 on the contemporary jazz charts. Bluezeum has yet to release further albums, but the group and its prior releases have acquired a cult following in the music universe.
