Hanoi, Vietnam (2013 - present) Bluemato is a project of 3 young men from Hanoi - Vietnam.The name comes from Tomato and Blue, as the band were attracted by a tomato and the blue sky when they were travelling. The 3 members are: Cao Ngọc Hoàng Nhất "Cú" (Vocals, Guitar), Nguyễn Thanh Nhã (Bass), Đinh Việt Tùng (Drums). Their style is best described as pop rock/indie. They are heavily influenced by contemporary Japanese bands, such as: chatmonchy (チャットモンチー), Plastic Tree, Tokyo Incidents (東京事変), Spitz (スピッツ), L'Arc-en-Ciel.
