The Blue News from Terre Haute, IN has only begun their ascent with creative songwriting and dynamic and energetic live performances. The band's unique sound is inspired by several styles including Modern Alternative Rock, Blues, R & B, Roots and more. Since the band's formation in 2006 they've been constantly building their audience touring the Midwest and beyond and the band has placed several songs on regional cable, popular video games (Rock Band) and four songs by The Blue News have been heard on national TV. With standout tracks like "Hypnotized" from their latest album "Wartime Songs," the band evokes their most unique collection of songs to date which appeals to blues fans and rock fans alike.
