Blue Gene Tyranny is an avant-garde keyboardist and composer whose varied genre-bending work has been appearing since the mid 1970's. He has recorded for the Lovely Music (http://www.last.fm/label/Lovely+Music+Ltd/)label, and has been responsible for the music in a number of musical plays/performance pieces, the latest of which is "Flip Side", which premieres in October at Smith College, Northampton MA. One of his earliest recordings, the cult classic "Out of the Blue", has recently been re-released by Unseen Worlds Records (http://www.unseenworlds.net/).
