The beginings of the band are established on 2006, in Barquisimeto, Venezuela, when Luis Valor and Josmar Juárez who knew each other since highschool and shared the same musical taste, decide to form a band looking forward to leave a mark in the new scene of venezuelan death metal. From there they start to look for band members, Josmar asks his cousin to be in charge of the drums, who accepts, meanwhile Luis talks with a friend from college to take care of the other guitar, then Luis tells his friend Nelson Monroy, who have never played an instrument before, to take care of the bass, who quickly learns to dominate the instrument thanks to Luis who was like a teacher to him, with all this the only thing left was to solve the problem of what name will the band have. During a party where they were all together, one of the best friends of Luis and Josmar, Jesús Labrador sugests the name Blood Prophecy, name that everyone liked because it reflects the distorted reality of religion and politics, that somehow are always bonded by blood and violence. With the name and the band members, they start to hardly work on their first songs compositions, sorting the economic difficulties that exist on many countries of latin america and playing with disposible instruments practically, until they could buy other better ones making the effort reflexed on working in many places. from there they make their debut as a band on their natal city Barquisimeto on January of 2008, having a good a
