There are multiple artists using this name. 1. Heavy metal band from Tokyo, Japan! Formed in 1982. 2. A Hungarian band, Blizard was founded in summer of 2005 but the band's officially activity started in 2007. Their standard purpose was try to bring a new wave to the inland metal scene and of course create a great live performance. The Blizard's style is a kind of modern metal mixed metalcore, hardcore, stoner, trash and own sounds. The last two years a lot of good things had happened to them: we had many concerts around the Hungary, won some talent shows and made their first ep with name 'From Heaven To Hell'. Their next step was this first, full lenght album with title "Desolation" what was made in this autumn. 3. Blizard is also a heavy metal band from Varnsdorf, Czech Republic.
