BLIND PASSENGER is a German electronic project brought to life by 90's icon Nik Page (ex Blind Passengers ) in 2010. The project started as an electronic solo comeback for Page allowing him to return to his electronic roots. A single Don't drag me down and album Next flight to planet Earth were released in 2010 and followed by a tour. Shortly after, the two touring musicians Clemens Hartung and Jamie Heinrich-Stewart of Mutate Now joined BLIND PASSENGER forming a three man band. In early 2011 the song Fukushima Slot Machine was released in reaction to the nuclear catastrophe in Japan and to raise funds for the German anti-nuclear-power association "Ausgestrahlt e.V.". A second single Electrocop was released as an EP with a corresponding video. Jamie and Clemens left the band due to lack of creative fulfillment at the end of 2011 and Oliver Christen took over synthesizer and backing vocal duties. Following a year of touring, the EP Zeitsprung was released in early 2013 featuring several cover versions of classic 80's hits and new renditions of Blind Passengers evergreens.
