The project BLEND71 is a five piece, female fronted band which was born in 2004 in a damp rehearsal room at the foot of the Lake Lugano, Switzerland. Their recipe for success consists of a range of catchy songs, which are – if you listen to them closely – refreshingly complex. The mixture of a merciless wall of guitars, playful drums, groovy bass-licks and – the cherry on the cake – a wicked, colorful female voice, which scares every dedicated listener to death, brings a necessary tension and holds an excessively high potential of addiction.
