Growing up in a Christian home in Richmond, TX having two loving parents along with three older brothers, Blake's faith in Christ was instilled at an early age. Also, being very involved in a church body all throughout his life, the Lord has always been near. At eight years old Blake started playing drums for his church, which led to him leading worship for the youth group at eighteen for his home church. From there Blake's been involved in many churches both on staff and as an itinerant minister. Blake's calling is leading God’s people in worship, with the intent to approach God in truth and reverence. Blake understands that singing is merely one aspect of what worship is. Blake has been traveling full-time for 3 years now and has just released a new record ("RECEIVED") in may 2007, with originals and some well-known worship songs.
