Black Twig builds on the tradition of jangly, distorted rhythm music. The sound echoes of modern fuzzed-out pop experiments as well as of 60s garage rock gems, sometimes developing into hypnotic, repetitive drones. Black Twig's second album "Heliogram" was released in 2014 on the Soliti label. Since then, the band released Blaze on a Plain in 2016 with the singles 1998 and Sunday TV. Their most recent album, Was Not Looking For Magic, was released back in 2021 and the band has since then called it day.
