BMJ was Born in Dayton Ohio. His father was a bass player who has retired. BMJ started playing at the age of 8yrs old and has played ever since. He has shared the stage with greats like Lonnie Brooks,KoKo Taylor, Bobby Rush and has played with Eddie Snow, Tom Irwin,Oysters Rockefeller and many others. He has many recordings but his latest Food for Thought is said to be some of his best work. Look for this guy to get better & bigger fast. A great Drummer ,Harp and singer yes all at the same time.
