Pure NOISE / DARK AMBIENT from Washington DC. The man behind "Binary Satan" is into black metal first and foremost, but recently he got interested in noise and industrial (mostly because of the projects featured on my blog!), as well as in Soviet music. He's not a communist in a strict sense of this word (Maoist or Leninist), rather an anarcho-communist or Luxemburgist, and this album is nothing more than an experiment in mixing Soviet marches with harsh noise.
