William Albert "Billy" Burke (born November 25, 1966) is an American actor and singer. He's best known for his role as Chief Charlie Swan (Bella's Father) in Twilight, The Twilight Saga: New Moon and the upcoming 2010 film The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. He's also known for his role as Gary Matheson in the second season of 24. In June 2010 Billy released his album "Removed" which is available from cdbaby.com and digitally on iTunes.
