Bill is Dead are an American indie-rock band named after a track from The Fall's 1990 album Extricate. Currently the group consists of two members, Ian Kemp (vocals - guitar - keyboards - programming) and Veronica Garza (vocals - guitar). The two are currently looking for a rhythm section and preparing their debut EP for release in early April.
