Bilal Hassani is a 25-year-old French singer author, composer, and performer who shares his daily life with nearly three million dedicated fans worldwide. Bilal is one of the 20 most influential LGBTQIA+ people in the world according to Vanity Fair, and one of the 40 male personalities who make Paris shine throughout the world according to Numéro magazine. The Inrockuptibles Magazine has called him a "pop icon." Bilal makes a name for himself in 2015 by taking part in voice kids in france. After his participation, he opened his own youtube channel, publishing covers and original compositions. On January 6th, 2017 Bilal released his debut single called “Wanna Be” and released other singles such as “Follow Me”, “House Down” and “Shadow”. In 2018, Bilal became famous for his wigs and his famous cover of "Djadja" by singer Aya Nakamura, who would support him in the rest of his career. His singing career took a turn when he was chosen to represent France at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest, with his song Roi. The same year, he released his first album, Kingdom, and went on tour throughout France, but the tour was cut short due to covid-19. He will then release a second album in 2020, in full confinement, called "Contre Soirée". This second project contains the hit tracks "Fais le vide", "Tom", "Papa maman" and "Dead Bae".
