“Bike For Three!” is Joëlle Phuong Minh Lê (Greetings From Tuskan) and Ricardo Terfry (Buck 65). Separated by an ocean and posessed by the same demons, a murder of songs was exorcised. The agony of one song quickly spread and an album took shape. In the middle of the night, Joëlle’s music sweeps over like a storm and scratches like tiny insect legs. And as this unfolds, Ricardo testifies and breathes fire. Together the parts form a helix. They snake, combat, fly away and sleep together. “More Heart Than Brains” is a conquest through memory, nightmare, and everyday mystery.
