Bigger Princess is basically a tiny, loopy, pixie-like creature named Alana Fitzgerald. Growing up in Westchester County, New York, she started out playing bass and singing in a band called Frowny Face Empire with sometimes Bigger Princess bandmate Kate Ferencz. After that she attended the Cooper Union School of Art and started writing songs in her bedroom on glockenspiel first and then on guitar. No live show is ever the same as the last one so try to catch the gist, you won't. Alana writes spooky lo-fi songs about ghosts, treacherous forests and sublimated fairy tales.
