Once upon a time, in the distant land of January 2011, a young MC Holiday 2010 got together with a younger Doctor Piebrush and had a wild night! The resulting explosion led to what is today known as the seminal post-electronica group, Big Scary Orderlies (BSO). They recorded their first album, Paranoid Jumbotron, in a single night. The next day, with help from Captain OWL (Older Women's League), they recorded another full-length record, Address of a Working Man. Captain OWL then went on to join BSO. Slaughtering their way through music as a concept, they put out a steady stream of albums: Awardwinning Salsacompany, Horribly Resized Stock Image of a Lemon, Up With the Dimensions, and ββ (pronounced Airplane Snowman). Although they were going strong, Captain OWL left the band after the release of ββ. Though BSO wouldn't be a two piece for long; during the recording of their two-part album Duke Ellington, Save Humanity!, long-time contributor The Enigmatic TC officially joined the band. The new trio went on to record the eponymous Big Scary Orderlies, considered by many to be the band's magnum opus. Captain OWL rejoined the band during the recording of the group's latest album, the ambitious Don't Encourage the Youth; It's Not Even Real Music, a project that insisted each member of the band make an hour of material. This behemoth endeavor took months to complete (completely out of the ordinary for the band) and creatively drained them to the point of a nearly two year hiatu
