Bienvenido Rodriguez (born on June 29th, 1965) in Castillo Arriba, Santiago, Dominican Republic, also known as El Cieguito Del Amargue is a bachata artist from the Dominican Republic. Rodriguez has been in the music industry since the early 80s and is known as one of the front-runners in the revolution of Bachata in the 90s and early 00s. His first recording was a song titled "Pegando Zuela" and his first hit was "Mami", originally recorded by Tony Santos. Bienvenido has made a numerous amount of big hits that are known worldwide, mostly "Quiero Saber De Ti", and "Entre Tú Y Yo".
