Bibi and the Boys is a four-headed band consisting of Lasse, Collin, Justin and Bibi. All four members have a different background when it comes to music. Nevertheless, they found common ground in the band. The band would describe their music style as ‘dancy rock’. The songs consist of grooving verses and rough choruses which form the perfect combination to go completely crazy. This can be seen on stage, where the band flaunts their excessive amount of energy to anyone willing to hear. Every now and then the band takes a step back and lowers the tempo for an intimate atmosphere with songs and interludes that allow you to catch your breath. This ensures a pleasurable dynamic and a great show. Having fun is one of the band’s most top priorities, especially on stage where they sure know how to convey this to the audience. It hasn’t been quiet the last few months. Right now, the band is taking part in GRONDSLAG, a course initiated by POP-Groningen aimed to support young, but prospective, acts in their road to bigger audiences. A lot of progress has been made and the band can’t wait to let their sound be heard to the bigger audience.
