Artist
Former member of Ronny And The Daytonas with childhood friends Buzz Cason and Bucky Wilkins (all of them members of the Memphis/Nashville pop aristocracy) Bergen White (Miami/Oklahoma, 1939) has arranged and/or produced albums for Elvis Presley, Glen Campbell , George Jones and Kenny Rogers. In 1969, he made his only solo album: 'For Women Only'. This album has been much sought after in it's original SSS International issue. It features songs by David Gates, Townes Van Zandt, Mann and Weil, and Bergen himself. In 1980 White did release a gospel LP, Praise the Lord--in 1998, he also resurfaced with a seasonal effort credited to the Bergen White Christmas Singers.
