Beostær is an experiment end instrumental band that blends Balkan and punk energy of the music, with jazz improvisation and rock music a sense of the strong riff. The result is a changing exchange between exuberant dance music, udsyret melancholy, laid-back hip-hop grooves and hard-hitting rock passages that should cause headbanging of even the most conservative jazz snob. Without renouncing the technical skills, as well as the melodic and rhythmic quirks that are in jazz, manages Beostær, to create a modern, thoroughly composed, ambitious, unpretentious and humorous form of jazz, where the energy, the strong groove and good melody is in the center.
