Bent Out of Shape are a four piece Oi! punk band from the northern province of Friesland in The Netherlands. The band features (former) members of bands such as Icepick, Spirit 84, DSS, No Denial, Dead Horse Running and De Hûnekop, to name but a few. Formed in October 2019, the band released their début Demo 2020 EP in 2020. This was well received and the band was picked up by the German label, Demons Run Amok entertainment, who released the Who Laughs Last EP. Following a few (split) singles in 2021, November 2022 saw the release of Bent Out of Shape's début long player, entitled Old Rats on a New Ship.
