Ben Scriven is a multi-talented Singer / Songwriter likened to Billy Joel for his piano style but with lyrical twists of James Taylor. Ben divides his time between Directing videos and performing the music he loves. Mike Hurst, the producer who discovered Cat Stevens, has said of him - “This is the essence of originality and excitement. I felt that way about Cat Stevens; I feel the same way about Ben Scriven”. Ben was born in Dorchester ’81 and has been writing and performing since the age of 13. His first album, recorded and produced at the age of 16 won him national news coverage. His second, at the age of 20, won him a production contract with MHrecords.
