West-Norwegian punk rock. Beinkjør was born in Lærdal (Leathervalley) as a two-piece band, because no one wanted to play with them. After two home made albums they grew up/old in Bergen and made the albums «Rock for Rus» and «Skot og Skrømt», the last one semi-documenting life in the valley. After being dissolved while bathing in the gyrodactylus infested lake in Lærdal in 2014 they regrouped in 2019 for a gig at the Soil-Apple Rock. As for the future; No one knows. Not even the band. Beinkjør is not going to Hollywood or Royal Albert Hall. Neither to the top if it would be to play rock'n'roll.
