The City, a melodic hardcore band from Barrie, ON are an anomaly in this industry. In under two years, they went from a group of friends playing local shows to a hard-working touring band that has gained a significant regional following. Behold! The City has toured extensively throughout Ontario, booking shows themselves as well as recording their own music video. The number of shows they’ve played and their strong live performance has helped them build up a loyal fan base both on the ground and online, with over 4000 fans on their Facebook. Only determination and an excellent work ethic, along with the support of those around them could propel Behold! The City to where they are now, and where they are going. But their goal as a band is not just to be heard and to gain success as they have been doing, but they desire to make a positive impact on anyone who listens to what they have to say. Their relationship with Jesus Christ comes first and foremost in their lives and their careers as musicians as they deliver messages of hope, courage, passion and God’s love through their music.
