A successful surgery separated conjoined twins, Horace Glick and Stanley Hodge after some 20 odd years of life together. Each was adopted by different families and moved many miles apart. They lead strikingly similar lives, often defined by their love of music. Neither time nor distance could keep these brothers from reuniting in Lockerbie, Scottland to explore their love of music -- culminating in the formation of BEG. Musical influences include Depeche Mode, Yazoo, Erasure, Prince, RadioHead, The Beatles, and for Horace: Yaz, and classic polka. Stanley was in several ensembles where he played a variety of brass instruments. Horace too was in several ensembles, but he just played the trumpet. Later Stanley would broaden his musicianship by picking up guitar and keyboard. As did Horace, but he just picked up the keyboard. And still later Stanley honed his vocal stylings and began songwriting. And Horace - well Horace wrote this.
