The human condition affects most. These songs act as a form of therapy, telling stories of falling asleep with the TV on and dreams of living in the mountains. An amalgamation of maudlin memories combining archived personal audio journals, field recordings, solemn guitar pickings, loops and sounds. The things I saw yesterday seem like I laid eyes on them years ago. Confused if I was focused on a search for the sub-terrain of my substandard ideas or if it was merely my emotions being projected through these sounds. Whether or not to believe in any interpretations I am followed by broken and blurred reflections in the half empty riverbed that crawls besides me. The dishevelled trees remain jealous of the leaves that have torn and blown away in the burning breeze. Pining for freedom to bloom. I dip my aching feet in what is left in the damp riverbed. Ankle deep in a puddle of condensed kindess, my body remains unwashed of generosity. I once wish I could be alone.
