Basheskia is a project that came to be in 2000 when Nedim Zlatar with the mysterious Edo K. with whom Nedim starts a fruitful cooperation in the field of self-production. Nedim Zlatar was born 1977 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He started his career as a teenager playing drums in the band Lezi majmune!"After the band fell apart, he played in various bands such as Don guido i misionari, Protest, and Albedo. Since 2002, he has played in the band SIkter. The first album from Basheskia was released in 2004 under the title "Postcard From Sunny Neigboorhood." The album contained five songs, of which one was used in the movie "Disarmed." In 2005, Basheskia and Edo K. started working on the second album, 23/23, and within a year recorded fourteen songs.
