Basement Level 9 (aka. bl9) covers a wide variety of sounds and structures, ranging from simple ambient drones to experimental cacophonies and electronic beats. All official releases can be downloaded for free at https://voidlike.bandcamp.com/. Basement Level 9 was started in late-2009 under the name "The Floorboards". In mid-2010 the name changed to "Basement Level 9" and all albums from its previous incarnation were either re-released or erased from existence. As of 2014, bl9's catalog began undergoing yet another refinement, with rougher tracks being dropped and albums merging together, but this time without a name change.
