Barnabus "Barney" Stinson is a fictional character created by Carter Bays and Craig Thomas for the CBS television series How I Met Your Mother, portrayed by Neil Patrick Harris. The character has been extremely well received by critics and has been credited for much of the show's success. He is considered the show's breakout character. So far, Barney and the cast released only one song - "Nothing Suits Me Like A Suit". The song premiered on the 100th episode of How I Met Your Mother, "Girls Versus Suits" in a dream sequence where Barney Stinson contemplates whether to keep his collection of suits or the attractive bartender he hooked up with. The episode premiered on January 11, 2010, with the single being released the following day. Stacy Keibler guest starred in this episode.
