Banoffi are an English folk band famed, in folk circles, for their energetic performances. Members are Tim Downie (Guitars), Ian Hulme (WHISTLES/FLUTE/BODRHAN/DOUMBEK/BACKING VOCALS) and David Moss (VOCALS/BOUZOUKI/FIDDLE). Together they produced 3 Albums: Before the sky breaks, Galata Bridge and Living by stories which are arguably some of the finest folk recordings in many years. They spilt in 2004.
