Alp Ekici, known by his stage name Baneva, one of the most unique artists of the Turkish Music, was born on June 8, 2000 in Karaman. Baneva, originally from Ankara, spent her primary school years in the cities of Istanbul, Muğla and Gaziantep. He moved to Ankara at the age of 12 as a result of a traffic accident that his mother experienced and started rap music around this time. He took the stage at big hip-hop events in Ankara in 2013-2014 and continued to record demos. Baneva, who met Bugy (Producer) in 2016, signed a contract with Basemode Records thanks to this meeting. He debuted in 2018 with his first official work, "İhtiyacım Var". He entered the MANIFESTOR album process in 2019. In 2020, he signed with Universal Music and in April 2021, his debut album MANIFESTOR took its place on all digital platforms. He is currently working on his 2nd solo album BLEND, which will take his career to the next level with ulas (Producer), Kaan Yanartaş (Engineer) and 113 Records.
