Bananas Caipiras is an Alternatreche (alternative + trash) band from Brasilia, Brazil, formed in 2017. They are a quintet, composed by the keyboard player Caio, the bassist and vocalist Guilherme (GuiGui), the guitarist JG, the drummer Guilherme Naruto and the guitarist Omar Azul (Pedro Sampaio). They released their first album "Alternatreche" in 2023, but also have the singles "A Maionese" (2023), "Terapia em Grupo" (2023), "Conversa de Calças Trocadas" (2025), and the newest "A do Madero" (2025).
