Badnaam is a Pakistani grunge band formed in 2009. Badnaam were finalists of Pakistan's Pepsi Battle of the Bands season 2, and returned to perform "Daastan-e-Faqeer" in Season 3. The bands consists of vocalist and guitarist Ahmad Jilani, drummer Lala Ahsan and bassist Raheem Shahbaz. Badnaam have combined grunge with classical Punjabi and Sufi music, which was also their prevalent theme during their run in the Battle of the Bands. They have been heavily influenced by Nirvana for their sound and follow the same 3 member model as well.
