Popović The story of Blankfile begins in the year 2002 when four young guys decided to rise above the stereotypical everyday routine and publicly stand in defense of their ideals and principles. Without any regard to the conventional system of values, even at that time, the band has divided the audience and gained the first true fans and also their everlasting critics. In that line up which consisted of Milan Gordić (bass), Marko Radonjić (guitar), Saša Jovanović (drums) and Petar Novaković (guitar & vocal) the band was able to make their first big step and record their debut album "Under the Influence". The songs received positive feedback from the underground scene and the people recognized a certain type of honesty in the lyrics written by an average guy with all his traits and flaws exposed. Considering it was their first album, the music was depicted as complex punk rock that breaches the established norms. The whole first chapter was rounded up by a series of shows at well-known clubs in Belgrade and around Serbia. The year 2008 was a significant one for the band because it brought major changes and opened up new chapters.
