Big Daddy Lee & The Kingbees is a versatile blues band based in the Roaring Fork Valley. If you’re looking for lively, urban, blues-inspired music, played skillfully and with feeling by accomplished musicians, look no further. The band is adept at playing quiet yet interesting background music and then switching to driving dance music, as the mood requires. Line Up: Big Daddy Lee Hollowell: guitar and vocals Billy Miller: bass and vocals Rob Leventhal: drums, vocals Dave Hill: guitar, slide guitar (Keyboards and/or saxophone can be added if desired.) Big Daddy Lee & The Kingbees have played all local venues up & down the Roaring Fork Valley, most local night spots in the Carbondale/Aspen area, and Denver’s oldest blues bar, Ziggie’s Saloon.
