BCBandits was a instrumental/ horror/ post rock band from Flint, MI circa 2004-2006. BCBandits consisted of high school friends Dave Slaga on guitar, keyboards/synth and drums, and Jason Considine on drums, percussion, and keyboards. BCBandits formed after the bass player of their last band Obedient Sun left for college. Inspired by horror movies BCBandits took the indie/post rock sound of Obedient Sun and infused it with atmosphere and progressive influences. BCBandits gained a small following in the Flint scene and eastern parts of Michigan thanks to playing shows and a two song demo Haunted released in October 2005. BCBandits stopped playing in late 2006. In 2007 their record label Rushour Scenes released a live recording at The Machine Shop in Flint, MI BCBandits - Live at The Machine Shop. Dave Slaga now plays drums for the band Divorce Party and Jason Considine plays guitar for the band The Marietta .
