The first time the name BÖSEDEATH came up to Toni’s (Anthogalidis) mind was around 1986 – by then 13 years old. But the first signs of life where noticeable in 1995. By this time the band consisted of three members (Toni, Holger [Zahnleiter] & Michael [Opper]). The line-up played one gig and just vanished. About two years later Toni met Daniel (Schäfer). After heaps of concerts of their favorite bands and uncountable pub crawls they decided - in winter 1999 - to pump new life to BÖSEDEATH. They recorded the song "Brutal Brutality" with fellow guitar player Florian (Decher), whom Daniel knew from his former ventures. They filed the song to several regional DJ’s. In addition Daniel set up a shirt that said “STIRB OR DIE“, it became a immediate classic. The name BÖSEDEATH was all over the place – but nobody knew what is was all about… BÖSEDEATH where about to change it – but it all turned out differently. In January 2000 Daniel had a serious car accident and the band couldn’t go on for about 1 ½ years. But there was still a serious demand for BÖSEDEATH and the threesome started to write new material with the members of 95 (Holger & Michael). Shortly after that Frank (Nordmann), an old school mate of Daniel, joined the force. The first live appearance was in April 2002, which turned out to be an enormous success.
