Bökkers is a Dutch rock 'n roll band around Hendrik Jan Bökkers (born Deventer, The Netherlands, 16 July 1977), Dutch rock 'n roller, singer and songwriter, formerly of Soundsurfer (2000-2005) and Jovink en de Voederbietels (2005-2007). The band was initially called Bökkers Dut Normaal and was essentially a Normaal covers band. Under the abbreviated band name, Bökkers' self-penned songs are sung in the regional dialect of the eastern Netherlands' Salland area. Bökkers released six studio albums thusfar: Bökkers (2011), Morattamottamotta (2013), Humme (2014), Blixer Elixer (2015), Schorem Uut De Schiettente (2017) and Leaven In De Brouweri-je (2019).
