Caro Axel "Axl" Smith (born 1984) is a Finnish television presenter for MTV and a hip-hop musician. Smith has been featured on Q-Continuum's and Osmo Ikonen's albums and toured with Q-Continuum and MP4. He also has his own band, The Neotronics. Smith's first solo album, People Come First, came out in April 2010. Smith had been working on an funk-influenced hip-hop album since 2005. Sami Baldauf was the producer of the album.
