An excessive party in a club. Heat, dancing people, flickering lights, the vibrating bass. Ecstasy. That too is music by Matthias Herbst. A contradiction? No! Life and its emotions are never one-dimensional; instead life and its emotions are a spectrum of thousands of colours, facetious like a brilliant. Also the music by Matthias Herbst. His music transports emotions quietude and energy with an intensitiy to which electronic trance-music up to now, never has been able to. But music can never be described with words alone. The abilities to realize his compositions were earned by hard work. Already at an age of 13 MH started out experimenting with music software. Soon sample software from E-Jay no longer challenged Matthias Herbst as it only allowed to combine prearranged music modules in different settings.
