Audio murder wave is an dark electronic pop band from Hollywood, California consisting of Frankie Sill and Jared Farrell. Sil, no stranger to the industry, being signed to Universal Records with Cherry Monroe, moved out west to Hollywood California and has stayed busy working with everyone from Filter, Matt Toka, God Guns and Glory and even released a solo record before moving forward with AMW. Farrell, after 5 years pounding the pavement in NYC with his indie rock band Frequent Season, decided to spread his wings and fly west. With a few bucks in his pocket, his guitar,computer, and some clothes crammed into his car, Jared called Frankie for a couch to crash on. After a brief discussion out on the town the two found that they shared the same vision of where music should be, and so Audio Murder Wave was born. The two worked tirelessly for 8 months, writing and recording the 6 songs that would become their debut EP "Digital Natives." Hard beats and catchy melody gives it a rock sound with a synthesized, futuristic dance overlay. The time stretching, midi stuttering, bass wobbling ear candy is sure to satisfy any fans sweet tooth. Aggressive party anthem lyrics and hooky vocal harmonies make AMW a must have for any music lover. Music anyone can party to, bang their heads to, dance to, and Relate to.
