Massachusetts Post-Hardcore band Attraction To Tragedy are in “Agony”. Building upon the foundation laid by their 2017 release, Stigma, Agony sees the band further focussing their blend of metal and emo. Joined by new drummer Sterling Sauer, bassist Brandon Burke and vocals/guitarist Jaiden Shay are back with a look into Shay’s darkest hour. “Turning trauma into something we can play onstage and purge is really what this band is all about” says Shay. Musically Agony is the culmination of everything the band has learned onstage the past two years: “ Agony captures our core and all the blood, sweat and tears we’ve shed on the stage.” says Burke. “It’s got the energy of a live performance with the underlining tragedies that we continue to learn from.
