Atomic Rose is a Honduran band. Sharing a paradoxical affinity for the past and an intrigue for futuristic sounds, combined with a collective sentiment of longing and melancholy, is what had been secretly preparing each individual member of Atomic Rose throughout their lives for the day of their collision. The results of the eventful mashup was a musical project with a sound distinctively alien to their cultural background, displaying a combination of alternative rock with dream pop, a sound influenced by a prolific list of musicians from multiple eras and genres. Each of their songs delicately crafted and recorded from the comfort of their homes encloses a journey towards a specific feeling, as if making a color out of emotion and splashing it all over its synths, vocals, and words. With one EP released and a handful of singles in hand, one thing about Atomic Rose is certain: this is barely the beginning.
